NATURAL TEXTURE AND ELEGANT TRANSLUCENCE
explores the different ways we perceive an object both by day and by night, especially a light fixture. The aim of this exploration is to bring the object to life and play with light, even when the lamp is off.
Just as day and night are two distinct entities, so is this pendant lamp. The base takes a rather traditional approach, diffusing a soft light through its half-opaline glass bulb. It is this part that comes to life when the need for light is greater. In contrast, the upper ceramic part, with its characteristic cross shape, expresses the full force of its personality when bathed in daylight.
